He has over 30 years of experience in business schools, language schools and state education, in teaching, administration, sales and marketing.<br>\n<br>\nEwen was on the Board of ITENZ for two years, was Chairman of the Board of Richmond Road School for six years and was Chairman of English New Zealand in 2015.<br>\n<br>\nEwen has had a paper on the poetry of Richard Edwards published in The Journal of Children\u2019s Literature Studies (UK) and papers on children\u2019s literature in the first three editions of the ICL Journal.
